Just click above on Classes – Locations/Schedule, click on your neighborhood and you’ll find the classes schedule, directions, and descriptions of classes at that location. 

If you find a class that works for you, just Create Your Account, click Book Me, click “Class” on the left, choose your Location and click “Next,” select “Weekly” in the upper right for easy viewing, click your class and click “Next” and you’re done!  Come on by and enjoy.

What can I expect the first time?

We teach to whoever is in the room, offering lots of variations, so whether you are a beginner or a teacher, you will enjoy a strengthening, sweet practice. Since we teach in found locations, most of our classes are pretty small.  This allows us to create a friendly, playful, supportive, fun atmosphere for our yoga. 

Our teachers are well-trained in the biomechanical alignment principles of Anusara® yoga, so the practice will relieve common aches and pains in the shoulder, neck, and back, as well as help you feel connected to your growing baby and the growing love in your heart.

 

What is prenatal yoga good for?

Prenatal increases health and wellness in numerous ways:
