Thanks to these meditations I feel much better and relaxed . Since I’m a new mother, a lack of good night sleep caused the tension and tiredness. I couldn’t even fall asleep when I manage to get to the bed in the night. But after the first two meditations my sleep was much better and I felt relaxed.
Thank you so much for this challenge, it really is a blessing for everyone who is under constant pressure.
I’ve finished the meditation challenge and I feel I’m the old me again. Like my mind and my body are reset and I’m happy and smiled. Just the mum I’m supposed to be. 🙂
