On this three-week transformative journey, you’ll learn the powerful yet easy-to-follow practices that are essential for women in their childbearing years, from the oldest healthcare system still in use today.

Ayurveda is a way to understand how to heal and thrive by looking beneath the surface, and the five elements in the body. In a nurturing environment, you’ll incorporate self-care routines, daily rhythms and food as medicine practices to balance your unique constitution so you can enjoy better sleep, improved digestion, more energy, a stronger immune system and a deeper connection to your true essence.

You’ll apply what you learn to pregnancy, postpartum, kids and menstruation so you can help students, clients and loved ones.

And you’ll leave having incorporated new routines that will keep you on your own path of vibrant wellness, no matter how busy life gets!

This training counts toward 18 hours of Continuing Education, or may be taken as partial fulfillment of the Ma Yoga®/Yoga Alliance RPYT Certification.

The healing and therapeutic elements in this training are rooted in Jessica’s Masters in Science in Kinesiology, as well as over 10,000 hours of alignment-based Anusara Yoga therapeutics training. Ma Yoga is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training School with Yoga Alliance.

I would absolutely recommend this class for anyone who has pregnant students or clients.

It’s not just how to apply philosophy and asana, it’s a lot about how to get the conversations going and create community.

I feel more confident, and more informed and like I’ve been teaching prenatal longer than I have because I’ve been in these classes and these conversations.
