Whether you’re already teaching yoga, considering prenatal certification, or just curious about how to safely and confidently support pregnant students, this workshop offers clear, practical principles and adjustments you can use right away.
This training is about going beyond simple do’s and don’ts to discover simple alignment cues that support pregnant students in every pose.
