Tons of Advice

Lauren is fantastic! She walks you through a yoga practice suitable for pregnant women and gives you tons of advice to help you stay healthy through your pregnancy and prepare you body and mind to deliver. I could not be more pleased with her as my prenatal yoga instructor for our first child. She has mamas coming back for their second and third pregnancy which speaks volumes by itself.

Calming, Centering, Grounding

Lauren's class is amazing! She knows what positions feel best in pregnancy and can help prepare the body and mind for birthing, and she always offers adjustments and modifications to make things right for every body in the room. She's really responsive to our needs in terms of positioning, pacing, and meditation, and is just a very calming, centering, and grounding presence. I've been attending her classes since about week 8 of my pregnancy, and now at 39 I'm sad to give it up once the baby comes! (I'll just have to get by on the baby & me class she teaches at another studio!)
