“Each time women gather in circles together, the world heals a little more.”
Don’t worry, we never charge for booking, only attending. We do appreciate an email if you can’t make it – just email Victoria at firstname.lastname@example.org or Janet at email@example.com.
Janet first discovered her passion for prenatal yoga when she helped her sister with her birthing process. As she reached out for more opportunities, she learned about the Ma Yoga community that offered the support she was looking for. Janet invites her students to explore what feels good and to find a deeper connection to the mind, body, and soul from within. She has over 500 hours of accredited training and integrates findings from her own practice that helped her overcome years of trauma. Her intention is to empower you and help you discover your inner strength. She will challenge you to go outside your comfort zone and create a comfortable space for self-observation and evolution.
I can’t imagine my life without yoga. It not only strengthens me physically, but also helps me to let go of perfection, trust my intuition, and navigate the ups and downs of life with more ease, openness and gratitude. As a Prenatal Yoga teacher, it has been such a gift to be surrounded by the love and connection in our mama circle, and to witness each mama’s strength and unique journey to motherhood. As a mother myself, I don’t have much downtime, but when I do, I also enjoy photography, cooking, and hanging out with my husband, Jason, and daughters, Paloma (4 years) and Amaya (6 months).
