Gentle, good workout with my baby

I took Andrea's Mom & Baby Yoga class and I will definitely be going again. I've also taken her pre-natal yoga classes and enjoyed those as well. I felt so comfortable to bring my 7-month baby, care for him and even nurse him while getting some blood flowing and stretching my body. It's also good to connect with other Moms and babies as well.
It not easy for me to get out of the house with my little one, but once I got there, the setting is so peaceful, it just felt great to be there. It's right near the ocean,, with the windows open, I got to feel that nice beachy breeze while doing my poses. Andrea's words were soothing, supportive and empowering. It was gentle, but I still feel like I got a good workout AND quality time out of the house with my baby.
I left feeling invigorated and energized to do more with my day.
