Meet Christina Waggaman, Certified Ma Yoga® Prenatal & Mom Yoga Instructor

Christina is a prenatal and children’s yoga teacher and is currently studying to become a yoga therapist and integrative wellness counselor.

She works with clients of all backgrounds, but specializes in adapting yoga for chronic illness and neurodiversity.

She holds a masters degree in public health, and formerly worked in cancer and infectious disease research.

She is a strong believer that life’s changes, transitions, and difficulties are our greatest teachers, and that yoga provides us with the tools to navigate and find meaning through our challenging experiences.
