Ma Yoga Living Tip from Jamie Russo, Certified Ma Yoga® Prenatal & Mom Yoga Instructor

My name is Jamie Russo. I was born and raised in southern California. I love the sunshine, mountains, ocean, and everything in between.

I have worked in elementary education for the past 21 years, and currently teach a weekly yoga class for cancer recovery.

In 2015 I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and went on to get trained in yoga for kids, cancer recovery, pregnancy, and yin yoga.

Through my non-profit work, I have also been trained in reiki energy healing, I took a class on aromatherapy, and love to play around with crystal bowls and sound healing. I really enjoy utilizing yoga, aromatherapy, sound healing, and reiki to help the cancer community as they navigate through life, and I’m excited to do the same for the Ma Yoga community.

I truly believe that it takes a village, and I look forward to being a part of yours.
