Ma Yoga Living Tip from Rachelle Luczynski, Certified Ma Yoga® Prenatal & Mom Yoga Instructor

Birth and Postpartum Doula, Certified

Hi! I’m Rachelle Luczynski. I am honored to be an Inspired Anusara therapeutics Instructor, a Certified Ma Yoga prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor, and a Birth and Postpartum doula.

I’ve helped hundreds of women transition beautifully to motherhood, and I’d love to support you on your “Ma” journey.

I co-teach The Yoga of Birth, a comprehensive, no-slant birth preparation class infused with yoga meditations, mantras and movements to help mamas stay connected to their body’s wisdom and power.

I also offer monthly doula check-ins for our members in the Ma Member Circle.

Jessica Jennings’ Ma Yoga Prenatal Teacher Trainings has empowered me to be a part of this Kula (community of the heart) for women. I am so thankful for the powerful transmission of her expansive knowledge.

Supporting mamas in my classes and live online birth preparation class is the joy of my life. I hope you’ll join me!

I really like Rachelle’s class because I find that the exercises she focuses on are really helpful for pregnancy and for labor prep, plus she’s really attentive to different people’s bodies and their varying needs based on belly size and stage of pregnancy. It’s also cool because she’s a doula so her insights to birthing and labor have been really valuable.

Rachelle's prenatal yoga class saved my sanity in my third trimester. I didn't start prenatal yoga until I was around 7 months pregnant, and the class allowed me to carve out time to focus on my own wellbeing as well as my baby's.

During my pregnancy Rachelle was my savior! It was my first baby, and my first time doing yoga. I used so many techniques during my labor and they actually helped! I could hear her calming voice in my ear during contractions. There aren't any words to express my gratitude for her class.

Last night’s class helped soothe my nerves and bring me back to center. The intimacy of the group and the like-mindedness of the other pregnant moms left me feeling cleansed and cared for. Rachelle, the instructor, was not only fantastic, she was kind, compassionate and informative about all things birth related. Thanks Ma Yoga - I’ll be spending the rest of my pregnancy (and beyond) with you!

Lovely class. I was engaged right away with such amazing asanas. Such poses are very helpful in which it prepares us during and before going into labor. I strongly recommend this class. Rachelle is an amazing instructor that cares about her students and her class is very welcoming. I will definitely join again.

Community is a Much Deeper Need for Pregnancy

I was thrilled to find out I was pregnant in 2021 after years of trying and being diagnosed with PCOS. I had received my 200 hour YTT certification in 2020 and knew how much yoga would help my changing and growing body, however, I couldn’t find any prenatal yoga courses or programs locally, I had just moved from a big city to a much smaller rural town and I just didn’t have a community yet…

Becoming a Beginning Teacher Again by Jessea Wiedeman, Certified Ma Yoga Instructor

Sometimes as a yoga teacher you forget two things: One is that not everyone is going to like the style of your teaching and two, you forget to continue to be a student of the practice. I felt this way for a little over a year about the avenue of what type of yoga I want to focus on teaching and how I could get more experience to be able to feel confident in my teaching skills. This is when I found Ma Yoga.
