My Yoga Tip About Doing It Right

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2011, shortly after completing my 85-Hour prenatal teacher training with Jessica Jennings in Los Angeles through Ma Yoga.

I have worked closely with Jessica to build a large prenatal yoga community in Orange County, CA and to became a lead Ma Yoga prenatal teacher trainer.

I love traveling to yoga studios to help yoga teachers learn how to support and inspire their pregnant students.

I encourage women to step into their power and claim this transformative time as their own, both on and off the mat!
