As a way of saying thank you, I set up a “Maffiliate” program.

You get paid $50 per training, and $150 for each full Certification program, whenever someone registers within 3 months of clicking your unique link.

Once you submit the below form, you’ll get an email right away with your unique link and tips for sharing.

The Ma Yoga MAffiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for helping share Ma Yoga Living’s trainings and certifications. Our MAffiliate Program is rooted in care, integrity, and community.

By joining the MAffiliate Program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who This Agreement Is Between

This agreement is between you (“MAffiliate”) and Ma Yoga Living, LLC.

You are participating as an independent contractor, not an employee or partner.

2. What You Can Earn Commissions On

MAffiliates only earn commissions on Ma Yoga Living trainings and certification programs.

• The Ma Yoga Prenatal Certification Program (live online)
• MAyurveda: Living Ayurveda for Mamas (live online)
• Prenatal 1: The Yoga of Pregnancy & Postpartum (live online)
• Prenatal 2: The Yoga of Healing for Women (live online)
• The Yoga of Birth (live online)

4. Commission Rate & Payments

• MAffiliates earn 11-15% commission on eligible training and certification purchases.
• Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded payments.
• Payment plans are paid out monthly as payments are received.
• Commissions are paid via PayPal, between the 1st–5th of the month after the 30-day refund period.

5. How Referrals Work

• You’ll receive a unique affiliate tracking link.
• Cookies last 90 days.
• Credit goes to the first affiliate link clicked.
• You can track referrals and payments through your affiliate dashboard.

6. Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote Ma Yoga with integrity.

You may not:

• Use your affiliate link in paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• Promote on sites with explicit, harmful, or illegal content
• Violate FTC disclosure rules or CAN-SPAM laws
• Misrepresent your relationship with Ma Yoga Living

You must disclose that you are an affiliate when required.

7. No Partnership or Employment

This agreement does not create:

• A partnership
• A joint venture
• An agency relationship
• Employment

You may not claim that Ma Yoga Living endorses you or that you represent the company.

We reserve the right to revoke your link if we believe you are not promoting us ethically.

8. Intellectual Property

You may use Ma Yoga’s approved marketing materials only as provided and only to promote eligible programs.

You may not modify or reuse materials outside this agreement. All rights remain with Ma Yoga Living.

9. Term & Termination

• Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason.
• You will still be paid commissions for valid referrals made before termination.

10. Taxes & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your own taxes
• Any required insurance
• Complying with all applicable laws

You agree to hold Ma Yoga Living harmless for issues arising from your promotions.

11. Legal Details (Short Version)

California law governs this agreement

Any disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County, CA

If one part is unenforceable, the rest still applies
