All newish moms are welcome to join this FREE monthly support group!
Our new mom group is led by Chelsea Sosa, MAS, the founder of Mom & Bloom, LLC. She is also a Certified Ma Yoga Instructor, Doula, Lactation Educator & Mama of three.
After experiencing a challenging perinatal period with her first child, Chelsea began researching mental health and support during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
She completed the Perinatal Mental Health Training through Postpartum Support International, as well as training in Mindfulness, Wellness & Somatic Coaching.
Today she loves talking about the importance of community during this beautiful and messy life transition.
Come as you are! Messy hair and babies are always welcome. Together, we will unpack feelings, thoughts, and emotions related to this exciting and challenging time of life.
