3 minute yoga practice to connect to body, breath, and core with Jess Jennings, MS

What can you actually accomplish in a 3 minute yoga practice?

In my experience, a three minute yoga practice can be the difference between feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected – and having access to my inner resources, feeling calm and nurtured.

This practice is fine for pregnancy. If your belly gets in the way, just draw your knee in and forget about the elbow. I encourage you to find out about prenatal yoga and its many benefits.

Enjoy!

Always check with your healthcare provider before doing any exercise, and if you have any pain while doing it, stop and see a professional.

How Ma Yoga Prenatal Principles Change Regular Yoga Teaching
